Jerry
Blumenthal, President -
Founded B&CV in 1975. Jerry has a strong solid reputation in the
industry and is an expert in selling business & commercial property throughout
Maryland. Jerry has firsthand experience working & owning restaurants,
bars & night clubs. He has sold & leased over 3,000 restaurants and
other related businesses in the Baltimore area. He travels to Restaurant & Bar
shows across the country and has developed many business relationships with
business owners from all over. His many years of experience and vast
knowledge make him exceptionally good at placing the right buyers with the right business.
Jerry attended The University of
Baltimore and has obtained degrees in Associate Arts and School of Law.
Nick
Courtalis - Joined
B&CV in 2004. Nick brings over 20 years of experience, a broad
background in business management and operations to Business & Commercial
Ventures. His skills in marketing, public relations, advertising and
client relations serve him well in business and commercial real estate
sales. Nick also has a large contact base throughout Maryland,
Washington, and Virginia. Nick is a member of ICSC (International
Council of Shopping Centers)
Nicholas
J. Mitsos - Has over 40 years of experience in retail and wholesale businesses.
Nick has been selling bars, restaurants, carry-outs,
delicatessens and liquor stores for the past 15 years and he also
provides consulting services on the start-up of new and renovations of
businesses. The knowledge and ability of our offices far exceeds many.
Dawn
Brotzman -
has been a part
of B&CV for the past six and a half years as sales associate &
office manager/webmaster. She is a licensed Business Real Estate
agent. She works closely with Jerry Blumenthal and the B&CV
team to get the job done! She handles the
sales of restaurants, nightclubs, bars, pizza shops, convenient stores,
cafe's as well as Commercial Real Estate.
She
is motivated, reliable, and very successful in fulfilling her client's
business goals. Her excellent people skills make her a delight to
work with. She keeps a positive attitude at all times and
feels it is the foundation to her success.
Dawn
has seven years of experience in Business Administrations. Previous to B&CV, she
had worked three
years in upstate NY as a Canadian Transportation Specialist with a
brokerage firm and Border Patrol. She had also worked in
administration for United Way of Clinton & Essex
County.
Donnie
Marino - holds a BS degree in business from
the University of Baltimore. For 20 years he has managed
and owned many restaurants and bars. Through his association in
business, he joined the team of Business & Commercial
Ventures. Due to there reputation of being the best and most reputable Commercial
Real Estate firm to assist one in purchasing or selling businesses.
After 25 years, Donnie had a rapidly growing interest in commercial real
estate and decided to make a career change. He is now proud to be a
member of the staff at B&CV.
Due to his past, he possesses a great insight of
what is happening. He knows the good and not so good demographics
and understands the trends in today's business world. He works very hard
for his clients so that their goals are achieved.
Paul
Adler-
has
28 years of experience in the restaurant and food service industry, which
includes marketing, consulting and ownership of restaurants.He has been the host of a cable television show about restaurants for
11 years.Paul has an MBA
degree in marketing.
Joe DeSantis - with
over a 25
year period of owning and managing restaurants, bars and apartment buildings,
Joe brings to the table a diverse perspective to help our
clients. In addition to his college degree in business, he has completed
courses in Real Estate sales, Real Property Appraising and
Auctioneering. Joe enjoys working with B&CV because of the
sincere integrity displayed by the team to help guide clients toward their
dreams. No matter what type of business you want to buy or sell, Joe looks

Arnold Greenspun-
One of the newest members of the B&CV team is a high-energy Sales
and Management Professional with exceptional Marketing, Communication
and Interpersonal skills. Arnold has extensive experience and expertise in:
Consultative Sales, Strategic Planning, Staff Management, Key
Relationships, New Business Development and Account Management. During
his career he has owned and operated businesses in the food, clothing,
publishing and the sales training and marketing industries. He has also held
managerial positions with several national and regional manufacturing
companies.
Arnold has A.A. and J.D. Degrees form The University of
Baltimore. He is a former Board Member of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation,
Student Sharing Coalition, Juvenile Diabetes Association, past President of
the Advertising and Professional Club of Baltimore and a Life Member of the
Restaurant Association of Maryland.
Phil
Dyson -
is a licensed Real Estate Broker

member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, ® Inc. NAR, MAR and a
Multi-Million Dollar producing agent. In addition, he has over
fifteen years of corporate IT experience. He is also knowledgeable

Born and raised in the Baltimore area, a graduate from Polytechnic
Institute and majoring in computer science at Drexel University in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has worked in many restaurants in Baltimore
County and in Philadelphia. His on hand experience and business
knowledge is a wonderful combination to help assist you in all of your

Patrice Lui
– Has earned a BS degree in Business Administration from the
University of
Baltimore, and has been a licensed Real Estate Agent
since 1989. Having opened and managed her own business for 25 years she
knows her clients needs in the business environment. Patrice's experience
over the years has been a helpful asset in assisting her clients with the
utmost integrity and respect. She gives 110% effort in servicing your
business needs.
Bill
Vanden Eynden-
is
a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Economics and
the University of Colorado with a degree through the Colorado Graduate
School of Banking. After
graduating from college, Bill left Harford County and moved to Denver,
CO where he began his career in banking. While employed with Union Bank
and Trust, he specialized in all facets of commercial lending. In 1977
he was instrumental in helping the bank develop a separate commercial
real estate finance department, and for the next eight years he worked
closely in that field. He has also worked as a consultant to many different companies where
he has been instrumental in their success by writing business,
financial, marketing, and sales plans. Additionally, he has created many
different avenues for raising investment capital for these same
companies. As a B&CV Associate, Bill is involved in negotiating both the
sale and leasing aspects of commercial property.
