Where appropriate, a detailed Confidential Memorandum is created to allow a qualified buyer to more effectively evaluate the opportunity.
Adjusted Financial Statements are prepared to reflect a more accurate projection of the owner's discretionary income.
STEP 3. Develop an aggressive, customized marketing plan
Unlike many business brokers, who are content to merely list your company and wait for phone calls, we take a targeted, pro-active approach to marketing.

STEP 4. Complete a business valuation, if necessary.
If deemed necessary to provide an objective understanding of the business's market value, our Senior Business Analyst can provide an in-house valuation or we can arrange for an independent third-party service to provide a Certified Valuation.
•     Compilation of your financial records.
•     An analysis of comparable industry transactions is preformed.
 •    We identify the best possible price range and terms.
